Phoenix Rising Behavioral Health & Recovery, Inc.

Phoenix Rising was created in 2005 by a group of compassionate professionals who remain committed to helping others make positive changes in their lives. At present, Phoenix Rising has over 100 staff members who are dedicated to the mental health and addictions recovery of those they serve.

Phoenix Rising is a private non-profit behavioral healthcare agency, accredited by Joint Commission and certified through the Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Service Board.

Phoenix Rising provides outpatient psychiatric, counseling, and case management services to children, adolescents, and adults.

We have psychiatrists and Advanced Nurse Practitioners who specialize in addictions, mental health, and dual disorders such as mental illness/intellectual disorders and dual disorders such as substance abuse/mental health concerns.

Our counselors specialize in trauma-informed care, behavioral issues, mental health, and alcohol and other addictions. Available services are individual, couples, family, and group.

Our case management department has case managers who treat adults, children, and family. They are trained individuals who work in the community with people with a severe and persistent mental illness or co-occurring disorder. Case managers assist the individual and/or family by teaching coping skills to meet their recovery needs.
